anyone else. My dream is to be someone’s serious competition horse she can’t provide that for me. I love to jump and have a natural carriage for
dressage. In my baby years I won my weanling  group inspection and placed 3rd overall against 15 others, some being age imported stallions.
During my  Junior years while still a stallion I was shown in hand at Dressage at Lexington and placed 4th out of 25 horses in my yearling group. My
mom, the human one, has done tons and tons of ground work with me. I will lunge on a single line, long lines, free lunge and know all of my voice
commands. She has worked extensively on my ground manners, she is a stickler for that. We have spent hours in the crossties while she groomed
clipped and fussed over how I look. As a young stallion despite her best efforts I misbehaved quite a bit, I REALLY LOVED the LADIES and my focus
was not as it should have been. She decided at age 5 it was best that I be a gelding. (Her comment was GOOD Stallions make EXCELLENT
Geldings) While I admit that I did love the ladies it makes it much easier to focus. I get along well with the others my current pasture buddies are
mares and geldings. My mom has worked hard to give me the correct training, making sure I am light in the mouth and sensitive to seat and leg
cues. I have always been ridden with quiet hands and seat, with a confident rider who can sooth my nerves if I get antsy,  so for this reason I would
not make a suitable child’s or beginner horse. Most of the time I will move very forward and be bold in new surroundings. I will occasionally shy at
things that scare me or that I don’t understand,  however with some reassurance from my rider I will go most anywhere. We have taken many hacks
through the woods and down the road over hills and across water (creek and rivers). I ride ok with another horse that I am familiar with, but get
REALLY nervous in a large group of horses. I do not like other horses cantering up behind me or flying past me. Some people have told my mom that
REALLY nervous in a large group of horses. I do not like other horses cantering up behind me or flying past me. Some people have told my mom that
I look like a big handsome fox hunting horse, I would enjoy the hounds (we have those on the farm) but I think those other horses running up behind
me or flying past chasing a fox would send me into outer space. My preference is to be ridden solitary so I can focus on my rider. We’ve been to many
shows and my mom will take me off to the side and get my focus and attention on her. The hustle and bustle around me is not such a big deal, you
can lead me in a crowd with a regular halter and lead, there is no need for that chain business over the nose. (I left that mess behind when I became
a gelding)  In the last two years we have schooled several cross country courses, showed some training level dressage and showed Hunter over
fences. My training again is at a stalemate, with my mom’s work schedule she doesn’t have the time to work with me like she wants for competition.
There is another nice young adult rider that comes to the barn and keeps me fit.  She will lunge me and ride me on the flat and then my favorite part
is the jumping, her hands and seat are wonderful and she just laughs at me when I act silly. Routine and consistency is what I crave.  We are
currently schooling 2’3 -2’9 fences but I can do much higher.  Secretly when I think nobody can see me will jump the xcountry logs out in the pasture
all by myself.  Don’t worry about my manners, I will do all the normal horse stuff; load, bathe, single and cross tie, stand for the vet and the farrier. My
mom will lease with option to purchase (4300.00 neg) if the right person comes along. She doesn’t have to sell me, but she wants me to meet my
full potential as a competition horse, she can’t give me that.  Mom has more about me (a video of me free lunging plus conformation pictures) on her
website www.jumpinghfarm.com if you don’t think I would be the right horse for you she does have several others listed for her clients. Thank you for
